The problems in the Edifício Borges are old. Edifício Borges' administration, without conscience, they delegated powers for the KEEPER, DORACIR FRANCISCO OF THE SAINTS, that, uncannily, disappeared of the building. At least, I don't know the real reason. Only comments.

The KEEPER, DORACIR FRANCISCO OF THE SAINT, that, in fact, it never cared for for anything. It was of front, together with the " QUALIFIED " FIREMAN of name. AZAEL.

And that they were of front in the works, accomplishing them or suitable other “professionals.” for the Condominium, for the proprietor of the apartment 404, and for the proprietors of the apartments or rooms, in the 3o and 2o floors, that they sabotage works, they close walls with " split " knees, they adulterate structures of the building, of the apartments, without any technical accompaniment, of a competent professional. Always arguing that, " later it breaks again ".

The apartment 404, as always I wrote and I signed and I dated and I inserted in the processes, he/she has serious problems, as well as he/she has problems that leave of the condominium, and problems that are current of the apartment 504.

As checked through the CRIMINAL WORK accomplished on January 31 of 2012 to February 10, 2012, according to the photos and filmings of the whole WORK, accompanied by me.

Illuminating that, the " competent " professionals noticed in the apartment 504, by virtue of the waterfall that went down for the interior of the wall broken by COMPETENT PROFESSIONALS.

CRIMINAL WORK that shows the professional and ethical unpreparedness of the ones that was of fremnte to the CRIMINAL WORK. Everybody, with ray vision x, with every certainty, had already diagnosed the problem, as if the COLUMN OF WATER had broken in the apartment 404, alleging in the process, in to 6a Civil Stick that, me, the locatária, didn't allow the entrance of anybody.

It is not necessary nor to explain as, they, identified the problem, if I didn't allow entrance of anybody. But, everybody was categorical, it is in the apartment 404. In the apartment 504 he/she doesn't have problerma none.

Me until it could have impeded the entrance, it was, it is my right. But he/she left as they asked me.

Now, it was impressive as they dropped on TENANT OF THE APARTMENT 404, as if they were vultures. A Fireman qualified, together, with an architect and expert and responsible for the WORK, to mine to see, also, qualified, same tends an architect diploma.

He/she should get curled that, the architect-expert, in fact non periciou anything in the apartment 404, it was hired by the condominium and proprietors that entered with a process in to 8a Civil Stick of Niterói, knowing that, in the recesso,TENANT would be dismantled, because, there is or there was, a process in to 6a Civil Stick, where the judge of the 6a Civil Stick, indicated a judicial expert for periciar the apartment 404.

For uncoiling of the events, or of the facts, so much the expert of the 6a Civil Stick, that it arrived to the apartment 404, of supetão, without informing, exactly on November 17, 2011, to 11:50 h, in schedule of lunch, a man's accompanied, non periciou nothing, lacked with the truth.

The expert gave the excuse that was there " breaking the branch " at the request of the secretary of the Judge of the 6a Civil Stick.

I should increase that I come suffering menaces, suffering privaciadade invasion. I have been registering occurrence, but without having return.

OBSERVATION:

- I come photographing and filming the problems of the apartment 404 daily, that are not few.

There is risk, as they can be proven, risks seríssimos, as it was told by the EXPERT OF THE CIVIL DEFENSE, in 2007.

I asked new know-how of the CIVIL DEFENSE, but, up to now, any answer.

I will continue fighting, in the JUSTICE, so that the WORKS are MADE BY QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS, so much in the apartment 404, as in the other apartments that also provoke problems.

And, that, so much ADMINISTRATION OF THE EDIFÍCIO BORGES, as proprietors of EDIFÍCIO BORGES' apartment shows the plants of the structural alterations of the building and of the respective apartments, as well as, the APPROVALS and REGISTRATIONS in the COMPETENT ORGANS.

OMISSION is CRIME - it is for part -

> OF THE ORGANS THAT would OWE FISCALIZAR AND NON FISCALIZAM.

> Be on the part of EDIFÍICIO BORGES' ADMINISTRATION.

> Be on the part of THE PROPRIETORS.

> Be on the part of TENANT.

> To WANT to PUSH PROBLEMS is COSTS FOR THE TENANT, it is ALSO CRIME.

APARTAMENTO 404

Os problemas no Edifício Borges são antigos. A administração do Edifício Borges, sem consciência, delegaram poderes para o ZELADOR, DORACIR FRANCISCO DOS SANTOS, que, estranhamente, desapareceu do prédio. Pelo menos, eu não sei o motivo real. Só comentários.

O ZELADOR, DORACIR FRANCISCO DOS SANTO, que, na realidade, nunca zelou por nada. Ficava de frente, juntamente com o "BOMBEIRO QUALIFICADO" de nome. AZAEL.

E que ficavam de frente nas obras, realizando-as ou indicado outros “profissonais.”

pelo Condomínio, pelo proprietário do apartamento 404, e pelos proprietários dos apartamentos ou salas, no 3o e 2o andares, que sabotam obras, fecham paredes com "joelhos rachados", adulteram estruturas do prédio, dos apartamentos, sem nenhum acompanhamento técnico, de um profissional competente. Sempre argumentando que, "depois quebra de novo".

                    O apartamento 404, como sempre escrevi e assinei e datei e inseri nos processos, tem sérios problemas, como também tem problemas que partem do condomínio, e problemas que são decorrentes do apartamento 504.
                    Como comprovados através da OBRA CRIMINOSA realizada no dia 31 de janeiro de
2012 a 10 de fevereiro de 2012, conforme as fotos e filmagens de toda a OBRA, acompanhada por mim.
                    Esclarecendo que, os "profissionais competentes" fixaram-se no apartamento 504, em virtude da cachoeira que descia pelo interior da parede quebrada pelos PEROFISSIONAIS COMPETENTES.

OBRA CRIMINOSA que mostra o despreparo profissional e ético dos que ficaram de frente à OBRA CRIMINOSA. Todos, com visão de raio x, com toda certeza, já haviam diagnosticado o problema, como se a COLUNA D'ÁGUA tivesse rompida no apartamento 404, alegando no processo, na 6a Vara Civel que, eu, a locatária, não permitia a entrada de ninguém.

                    Não é necessário nem explicar como, eles, identificaram o problema, se eu não permitia entrada de ninguém. Mas, todos eram categóricos, é no apartamento 404. No apartamento 504 não tem problerma nenhum.

                    Ora, está postado, aqui, no Blogger, fotos do apartamento 404, desde que o aluguei.

                    Eu até poderia ter impedido a entrada, era, é um direito meu. Mas deixava como me pediam.

   Ora, foi impressionante como caíram sobre a LOCATÁRIA DO APARTAMENTO 404, como se fossem abutres. Um Bombeiro nada qualificado, juntamente, com um arquiteto e perito e responsável pela OBRA, ao meu ver, também, nada qualificado, mesmo tendo um diploma de arquiteto.

                   Deve-se frisar que, o arquiteto-perito, na realidade não periciou nada no apartamento 404, foi contratado pelo condomínio e proprietários que entraram com um processo na 8a Vara Civel de Niterói, sabedores que, no recesso, a LOCATÁRIA ficaria desguarnecida, visto que, há ou havia, um processo na 6a Vara Civel, onde a juíza da 6a Vara Civel, indicou um perito judicial para periciar o apartamento 404.

Pelo desenrolar dos acontecimentos, ou dos fatos, tanto o perito da 6a Vara Civel, que chegou ao apartamento 404, de supetão, sem avisar, exatamente no dia 17 de novembro de 2011, às 11:50 h, em horário de almoço, aompanhado de um homem, não periciou nada, faltou com a verdade.
O perito deu a desculpa que estava ali "quebrando o galho" a pedido da secretária da Juíza da 6a Vara Civel.
   Eu não vou descrever a perícia dele, por já estar postado no blogger - DENÚNCIA CREA-RJ.
                   Como a denúncia sobre o perito arquiteto - CAU.RJ.

                   Devo acrescentar que venho sofrendo ameaças, sofrendo invasão de privaciadade. Tenho registrado ocorrência, mas sem ter retorno.


OBSERVAÇÃO:

            - Venho fotografando e filmando diariamente os problemas do apartamento 404, que não são poucos.

   Há risco, como podem ser comprovados, riscos seríssimos, como foi relatado pelo PERITO DA DEFESA CIVIL, em 2007.

                   Pedi nova perícia da DEFESA CIVIL, mas, até agora, nenhuma resposta.

   Vou continuar lutando, na JUSTIÇA, para que as OBRAS SEJAM FEITAS POR PROFISSIONAIS QUALIFICADOS, tanto no apartamento 404, como nos outros apartamentos que também provocam problemas.

   E, que, tanto ADMINISTRAÇÃO DO EDIFÍCIO BORGES, como proprietários dos apartamento do EDIFÍCIO BORGES mostrem as plantas das alterações estruturais do prédio e dos respectivos apartamentos, assim como, as APROVAÇÕES e REGISTROS NOS ÓRGÃOS COMPETENTES.

                > DOS ÓRGÃOS QUE DEVERIAM FISCALIZAR E NÃO FISCALIZAM.

> SEJA POR PARTE DA ADMINISTRAÇÃO DO EDIFÍICIO BORGES.

                > SEJA POR PARTE DOS PROPRIETÁRIOS.

                > SEJA POR PARTE DOS LOCATÁRIOS.

   > QUERER EMPURRAR PROBLEMAS E CUSTOS PARA A INQUILINA, É CRIME TAMBÉM.
